Food & Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager ensures attentive and efficient service across all hotel food outlets, including in-room dining, kitchen, and banquets, while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. This role involves supervising food preparation, upholding the highest standards for product quality, and ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in all work and storage areas. The manager is also responsible for driving sales revenue to exceed budget targets and managing staff training and performance.
