Food & Beverage Supervisor

This role provides exceptional guest service at SÉZANNE, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, while leading daily operations and coaching team members to ensure the highest service standards. The position supports the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, handling guest inquiries, and driving revenue growth through upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will manage restaurant facilities, maintain up-to-date menus, and implement new service standards in a fast-paced environment.
