Food & Beverages Cost Controller

The Food & Beverages Cost Controller is responsible for maintaining control procedures for all stock items, including food, beverage, and tobacco, while ensuring the safeguarding of company assets. This role involves producing accurate cost and statistical reports, conducting stock control audits, and providing guidance on F&B cost control topics to management.
