Food Establishment Inspector

This position involves sampling and inspecting food establishments to monitor fats, oils, and grease discharge into the Joplin sewer system. The role requires determining compliance with city codes and regulations, preparing inspection reports, and maintaining related records. The incumbent may also assist with the land application of wastewater biosolids and transport materials by semi-tanker.
