Food Production Supervisor

Under the direction of the Food Production supervisor, this role maintains the quality and correct quantity of food items served to patients and cafeteria customers. The position requires flexibility to address instant changes in patient diets and ensures that patient needs remain paramount. The role involves preparing varied food items according to production sheets and standardized recipes for patient trays, the cafeteria, and the snack bar. It also includes cleaning and sanitizing food service equipment while maintaining a clean and neat work area.
