Food Runner

The Food Runner assists servers in delivering food to the proper table at the right time, clearing dirty plates and silverware, responding to other guest needs, and any other tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of the shift. The role involves checking food for accuracy, presentation, and temperature, communicating with the kitchen, and pre-busing soiled plates from guest tables. This position requires strong verbal skills and knowledge of menu items to ensure prompt and accurate food delivery in a high-volume restaurant environment.
