Sartori Cheese
The Food Sanitation Operator is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing cheesemaking equipment and facilities, following master sanitation schedules and operating CIP systems. The role works the 4 pm–4 am shift on a 2/2/3 rotation, documenting cleaning activities and ensuring compliance with safety and GMP policies.
