Food Server Pool Bar (On Call)

The Food Server Pool Bar (On Call) role is responsible for providing knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages to casino and hotel guests. The position requires maintaining a full working knowledge of menus, specials, and beverage lists while adhering to correct service sequences and company standards. This role involves clearing, cleaning, and resetting stations, assisting other servers, and handling guest receipts according to internal controls. The ideal candidate will ensure F&B areas are maintained in compliance with regulations and remain up-to-date on property events and hours of operation.
