Food Service Manager II

The Food Service Manager II is responsible for the timely preparation and serving of meals in accordance with Federal Nutrition Service Standards and the Texas Administrative Code. This role involves managing the Center Kitchen, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and ensuring safety and sanitation procedures are followed. The position also includes overseeing day-to-day operations of the Center in the absence of the Center Director.
