Food Service Supervisor

The Food Service Supervisor oversees the preparation, assembly, and service of food at the Gracie's location on the Rochester Institute of Technology campus. This role manages dining operations, ensures sanitation and safety standards, handles cash and POS transactions, and leads a team through training, coaching, and schedule management.
