Food Service

This position is located in Marble Hill, MO, and is responsible for preparing appetizing, nourishing, and well-balanced meals to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs of residents. The role involves following standardized recipes and menu cycles developed by Registered Dietitians to ensure meals are served at proper temperatures and within appropriate time frames. The position requires handling and storing food according to safe food handling guidelines while maintaining efficient use of supplies and equipment. The incumbent will also assist with food storage, tray assembly, cleaning, and survey preparation as needed.
