This role involves preparing appetizing, well-balanced meals to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs of residents in a senior living community. The position requires following standardized recipes and menu cycles developed by Registered Dietitians to ensure nutritionally adequate meals are served at proper temperatures. The ideal candidate will handle food storage and preparation efficiently while maintaining safe food handling guidelines and assisting with tray assembly and cleaning.
