Food Supervisor

The Food Supervisor will assist in delivering high-quality, cost-effective food and beverage services to residents at Lutheran Aged Care's Yallaroo Facility, ensuring compliance with dietary, statutory, and best practice guidelines. Reporting to the Hotel Services Manager, the role involves coordinating menu development, supervising staff, and maintaining food safety and quality standards.
