Provides work leadership for a sub-unit within the bank’s operations division, overseeing multiple product lines and performing highly specialized duties that require advanced knowledge of products, regulations, and policies. Acts as a team lead handling escalation, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination with risk and regulatory groups. Supports departmental reporting and implementation of internal controls to mitigate risk.
