Foreclosure Specialist II

Responsible for managing the foreclosure process for an assigned portfolio of mortgage loans to ensure timely completion in accordance with investor guidelines. Provides administrative support related to foreclosures and coordinates with external attorneys, investors, and internal teams. Monitors foreclosure progress, prepares reporting and documentation, and ensures compliance with regulatory and investor requirements.
