Foreclosure Support Specialist II

This role handles the processing and management of loans in the foreclosure-eligible delinquency portfolio, including preparation of foreclosure referrals and generation of payoff and reinstatement quotes. The position also oversees the team checklist process and ensures documentation and system records are maintained accurately. The role requires coordination with internal teams and external foreclosure counsel while maintaining regulatory and investor compliance.
