Foreign Exchange Services Representative

This role is responsible for the general operations and administration of foreign exchange services, including international bill payments, V PAY card platform management, and foreign currency transactions. The position serves as a primary point of contact for member inquiries, branch offices, and financial institutions, ensuring timely resolution of complex inquiries and compliance with SEPA and SWIFT regulations. The role also involves managing recurring transfer requests, banknote services, and maintaining accurate financial records and exchange rates.
