Foreman – Facility Management

The Foreman – Facility Management role involves supervising and coordinating day-to-day maintenance activities across MEP and civil disciplines within residential, commercial, and mixed-use facilities. The position requires leading a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance works while maintaining service quality in line with SLA/KPI requirements. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with HSE and client requirements through effective operational and technical management.
