Foreman I - Sheet Metal

As a Foreman I - Sheet Metal, you'll serve as a first-line leader in commercial HVAC and sheet metal service/retrofit projects, supervising a crew to execute safe, high-quality ductwork fabrication, installation, modifications, and repairs in buildings, hospitals, schools, and industrial facilities. Reporting directly to the Project Superintendent, you'll coordinate daily on-site activities, provide guidance and training to your team, ensure compliance with codes (SMACNA) and safety standards, and contribute to project success by meeting schedule, budget, and client expectations.
