Foreman (Waterproofing/Deck Coating)

This role supervises and leads a crew of field employees to complete waterproofing and deck coating job scopes from start to finish. The position ensures all work is performed safely, productively, and to the highest quality standards while upholding company values and customer care. The Foreman is responsible for crew safety, productivity, documentation, and mentoring team members to maximize production.
