Foreman

The Foreman at Layton Services will manage and supervise on‑site construction operations for excavation and underground utility projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. This role involves leading crews, coordinating material deliveries, maintaining records, and enforcing safety policies while serving as the primary liaison between field crews, the Superintendent, and the Director of Operations.
