Foreman

The Foreman reports to the Superintendent or Project Manager and is responsible for managing and directing a crew of workers to deliver successful rail infrastructure projects. This role ensures projects meet or exceed corporate and project goals for safety, quality, profitability, and schedule while maintaining extreme customer satisfaction. The position involves overseeing daily operations, enforcing safety compliance, and communicating with customers and subcontractors.
