The Steam Plant Operations Foreman supervises and participates in the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of Argonne’s central steam and combined heat and power (CHP) plant to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient production of steam, electricity, and condensate return in accordance with applicable policies and codes. This front-line leader supports 24/7 operational continuity and high reliability of the Laboratory’s critical utility systems.
