About this role
Provides therapeutic interventions to promote personal growth and resiliency for clients with primary behavioral health diagnoses. Conducts assessments and intakes, develops and implements person-centered service plans, and maintains appropriate clinical documentation. Works with clients individually and in groups and coordinates referrals and discharge planning.
