Parsons is seeking an expert Forensic Delay Analyst to join the project controls and claims management team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This role involves investigating, analyzing, and quantifying delays on mega-infrastructure projects to validate Extension of Time claims and defend against third-party claims. The position requires reconstructing complex project histories using legacy data and scheduling software under Saudi procurement laws and international contract standards.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed retrospective delay analyses using standard methodologies
Interrogate baseline schedules to track critical path drift and concurrent delays
Prepare and evaluate complex Extension of Time claims and disruption submissions
Reconstruct historical project progress using incomplete or legacy data
Provide expert technical support during commercial negotiations and litigation processes
