The Forensic Engineer/Architect - Project Manager is responsible for leading and supporting investigative projects related to structural and building enclosure conditions across various sectors, including commercial and municipal. This role includes conducting assessments, preparing technical reports, developing repair designs, and managing multiple projects while ensuring effective communication with clients and staff. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit being preferred. Frequent local travel is expected, alongside mentoring junior staff and performing hands-on investigations.
