The Forensic Engineer/Architect - Project Manager will lead investigative projects focused on assessing structural and building enclosure conditions, conducting damage investigations, and designing repair solutions across various sectors including commercial, residential, and municipal. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while preparing technical reports and coordinating with clients and staff. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit being a plus.
