This hands-on leadership role involves leading stabilising and cement spreading operations across civil construction projects in the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA. The position requires strong operational knowledge of stabilising works, crew management, and plant operation to ensure works are completed safely and to specification. The successful candidate will supervise crews, manage site documentation, and coordinate with subcontractors delivering associated civil works.
