The Forklift Lead supports the Warehouse Manager by providing hands-on leadership and oversight of daily warehouse operations. The role ensures accurate inventory handling, safe forklift operation, and coordination of inbound/outbound shipments while supporting team training and process adherence. The position reports to the Warehouse Manager and helps maintain warehouse systems and documentation.
