Forms Processing Associate

The Forms Processing Associate reviews and prepares tax schedules and documents for processing through scanners and posting to the Department's Integrated Tax Administration System, Document Management System, and Public Sector Revenue Management System. The role involves maintaining inventory reports, securely handling and destroying Federal Tax Information, and processing electronically submitted forms. Additional duties include managing records awaiting destruction, processing email queues, and preparing training materials for seasonal staff.
