About this role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at RXO, you will embed directly with a major automotive customer to identify operational inefficiencies and design AI-driven solutions. The role involves designing and deploying machine learning models for forecasting and routing, developing automation tools, and integrating AI with existing TMS, WMS, and ERP platforms. You will act as a bridge between technology, product, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve real-time decision-making and supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

Partner with customer stakeholders to identify operational challenges and AI opportunities
Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for forecasting and routing
Develop automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workflows
Integrate AI solutions into existing TMS, WMS, and ERP systems via APIs
Monitor solution performance and iterate to drive measurable supply chain improvements
