The Forward Deployed Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting H2 Analytics' EASE platform and other software solutions within client environments, often on-premises and in secure, air-gapped networks. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineering teams, and clients to troubleshoot complex integration issues, ensure reliable performance, and create technical documentation. This position requires strong Linux system administration, networking, and scripting skills, as well as the ability to work directly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
