Forward Deployed Engineer

As Manifold's first Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and product development by embedding with lighthouse customers to understand their workflows and capability gaps. You will translate operational requirements into technical specifications, build and ship workflow prototypes end-to-end, and provide critical feedback to the product team to guide future development. This role requires close collaboration with both customers and the engineering team to deliver impactful tools that enhance decision-making.
