Forward Deployed Engineer

This role involves leading the production deployment of multimodal, agent-based AI systems for major enterprise accounts, serving as the primary technical contact from initial scoping through launch. The engineer will build trusted relationships with customer leadership, design and refine AI agents, and integrate the platform into customer systems. The position requires a hands-on approach to solving applied AI problems while collaborating with core platform teams to drive product improvements.
