Forward Deployed Product Owner

Wilmington Trust is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Owner to build, operate, and continuously improve its Employee Knowledge Management (EKM) capability as part of a strategic digital transformation. The role involves translating employee guidance needs into governed structures, workflows, and content while managing the platform ecosystem and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. This position serves as the long-term technical owner of the solution, blending product ownership, content practice, and low-code solution building.
