Foster Care Alumni Support Specialist

This role provides management and supportive services to young adults in the Foster Care Alumni Program, focusing on achieving stability and self-sufficiency through individualized goal planning and resource coordination. The specialist assists participants with accessing housing, education, employment, and mental health resources while utilizing a trauma-informed approach. Responsibilities include case management, crisis intervention, and advocacy to remove barriers and support positive outcomes.
