Foster Care Case Manager

Under the direction of the Foster Care Supervisor, the Foster Care Case Manager provides, coordinates, and facilitates services to support the permanency goal for children in care. The role involves assessing youth and families to develop individualized treatment plans, coordinating placements, and ensuring compliance with court and state requirements. The position requires managing a caseload, completing court reports, and providing testimony as needed.
