Foster Coordinator (Feline)

The Foster Coordinator (Feline) is responsible for placing cats and kittens into foster homes, managing foster recruitment and retention, and coordinating with the Animal Health team to ensure timely transitions from intake to adoption. The role involves administering the organization's foster Facebook page and scheduling tools, conducting foster orientations, and maintaining accurate records of animal care and behavior. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service to fosters and adopters while working to reduce the length of stay for animals in care.
