Foster Coordinator

The Foster Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the Maryland SPCA's foster program, serving as the liaison between foster volunteers and shelter operations to ensure excellent animal care. This role involves recruiting and training foster volunteers, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with medical and behavior teams to support pets awaiting adoption. The position also includes administering medical treatments, monitoring animal health, and supporting fundraising and media efforts for the organization.
