Foster & Placement Coordinator

The Foster & Placement Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the goals of Austin Pets Alive! by focusing on foster recruitment, retention, and pet placement pathways at the PAWS Kyle location. This hands-on, mission-driven position involves managing daily responsibilities to support a sustainable model for shelter operations, including recruiting, matching, and supporting foster families to expand capacity and improve animal outcomes. The role requires collaboration with volunteers and staff to create a welcoming environment and deliver consistent, high-quality work aligned with organizational values.
