Fostering Hub Recruitment Support Worker

Fostering South West is seeking a Recruitment Support Worker to serve as the first point of contact for prospective foster carers, providing information and conducting initial suitability assessments. This role is integral to a sub-team managing the recruitment front door and hub, aiming to increase the number of foster carers and improve placement stability for vulnerable children in the South West. The position is available as either a full-time or part-time role with a fixed term until March 2027.
