Founders Associate

Bolter is seeking a Founders Associate to lead a significant redesign and establish design foundations while managing a broad range of urgent and important work. This generalist operator role involves taking ownership of workstreams end-to-end, supporting fundraising, partnerships, and hiring, and building processes to keep the lean team moving efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a track record of operating with real ownership in a startup or similar environment, strong analytical skills, and a high degree of agency.
