Founding AI Engineer

The Founding AI Engineer at A1 is responsible for shaping the core technical direction and architecture of a new global consumer AI application by selecting and training models, designing training pipelines, and developing scalable inference systems. This role requires ownership of ambiguous problems, with a focus on creating high-impact product experiences beyond typical use cases.
