Founding AI Engineer

A Founding AI Engineer at A1 is responsible for defining the technical direction of a new global consumer AI application, focusing on model selection, training strategy, and infrastructure. This role involves developing end-to-end training pipelines, creating scalable inference systems, and designing innovative model architectures, while experimenting with advanced techniques and ensuring robust deployment. The Engineer will have full autonomy in shaping the product's intelligence layer and influencing its core functionalities, working closely with a small, high-performance team to tackle impactful challenges.
