Founding AI/ML Research Engineer

The Founding AI/ML Research Engineer at A1 is responsible for defining the core technical direction of a new global consumer AI application, including model selection, training strategies, and deployment architecture. This role focuses on building end-to-end training pipelines, designing model architectures, and creating scalable inference systems while experimenting with frontier models like LLaMA and Claude.
