Founding AI/ML Research Engineer

The Founding AI/ML Research Engineer at A1 will lead the development of core technical systems for a new consumer AI application, focusing on model selection, training strategies, and scalable infrastructure. This role requires building end-to-end training pipelines, designing model architectures, and optimizing deployment strategies, while pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities in an underexplored problem space. The engineer will have significant autonomy and influence in shaping the product direction and technical foundation of A1's first offering.
