Founding Analytics Role

This role serves as the first data hire, taking full ownership of the company's data layer from the ground up to define user behavior, creator dynamics, and viral growth loops. The position involves designing core analytics data models, operationalizing company-wide metrics, and partnering with product and engineering teams to improve data quality and instrumentation. The successful candidate will build self-serve data products and establish robust data quality standards to drive company strategy and product roadmaps.
