Founding Department Chair and Program Director

The Founding Department Chair and Program Director provides full-time academic and administrative leadership for the development, approval, and ongoing operation of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in San Luis Obispo. This role oversees program administration, faculty leadership, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance to ensure successful launch and accreditation. The position serves as the chief nurse administrator responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and continuous quality improvement.
