Founding Director of Operations in Residence

The Director of Operations in Residence at BRICK Rochester Academy Charter School is a full-time leadership role responsible for building and managing the operational infrastructure of a new charter school in Rochester, NY. The role partners closely with the principal and BRICK’s network office to ensure that school operations effectively support instructional, social-emotional, and organizational goals. During a structured residency, the Director assumes full operational responsibilities while developing technical and leadership capacity, with the intent to transition into full Director of Operations ownership. This position is central to establishing the school’s foundational systems, culture, and alignment with BRICK’s mission of holistic, equity-focused support for students and families.
