About this role

As the first engineer on Workstream's AI-Native Services team, this role involves building and operating production AI agents and agentic workflows from zero to one. The position requires working directly with design customers to map workflows, build evaluation harnesses, and establish human-review layers while ensuring production readiness. This is a full-time, remote Staff-level opportunity with occasional in-office visits for cross-functional collaboration.
